After yoga, I rode my bike downtown to the Saturday Market. I didn't buy anything, but it was still fun.
After the Saturday Market, I went to Powell's Books. It's my favorite.
After Powell's I went back to Lisa's. Shortly thereafter, Lisa and I had dinner at a great little place in her neighborhood called Tin Shed.
Needless to say, I'm exhausted. I'm going to bed now.
G'night!
i'm so nostalgic from this post! what did you think of the new sat mkt? i want to know! and six bucks for a yoga class- that rocks!
ReplyDeleteThe new saturday market was pretty much the same as the old one. It's all the same vendors, except Martin. The area by the water is really nice. Much better than the construction that was there before. Yeah, the $6 yoga class is pretty awesome. You really can't beat that. And if you look on their website, it explains that their business model is based on the one Muhammad Yunus developed for the Grameen Bank, an absolutely amazing micro-finance organization. Yunus won the nobel prize a few years ago and was Asif Dowla's professor and mentor. Cool, huh?
ReplyDeletehow long have you been doing yoga?:)
